One KPI. One sprint.

We audit, build, run and hand over, inside your own accounts. Nothing ships without your approval.

Four steps. Weeks, not quarters.

Every sprint follows the same path, with a written output and a named approver at each step.

  1. 01

    AuditWeek 1

We read your funnel, channels, and market before proposing anything. You get a written scope with acceptance criteria.

  2. 02

    BuildWeeks 2 to 3

We set up the modules the scope calls for inside your workspace: dashboards, agents, content pipelines, and approval queues.

  3. 03

    OperateWeeks 3 to 4

Agents produce, your team approves, we run the tests. Every result is logged with its source so the next decision is easy.

  4. 04

    Hand overEnd of sprint

Everything we built belongs to you. You can keep us on a retainer or run it with your own team.

Three guarantees.

Operational standards that protect your brand, your data and your budget.

  • Written scope and acceptance criteria before any work starts, so both sides know what done means.

  • Approval gates before anything is published or any budget is spent. Nothing goes live on autopilot.

  • Evidence records with sources for every claim, number, and test, kept in your workspace.

What you keep, and how we measure it.

Everything lives in your accounts. Every claim is tied to a baseline.

  • Repository

The configuration, prompts, and pipelines we built, stored in your own accounts.

  • Runbooks

Step-by-step instructions for each module and recurring task, written for your team.

  • Credential vault

Every API key and channel login in one vault that you own and can rotate.

  • Dashboards

Keyword, competitor, creative, and funnel dashboards with the data sources documented.

Measurement rules

How a result is counted

  • One KPI per sprint. Secondary metrics are guardrails, not goals.
  • Baseline first. We record where the number stands before changing anything.
  • Holdouts for paid tests, so a lift is compared against what would have happened anyway.
  • Sample data is labeled. Illustrative numbers never sit next to real results without a tag.

Questions about how we work.

Clear answers about scope, approvals and delivery.

How long is a sprint?

Sprints run one to four weeks depending on the package. Command Center Setup takes four weeks. Ongoing operation is a separate agreement after handoff.

Who approves what goes live?

Your team. Every post, creative, sequence, and budget change waits in an approval queue until a named person on your side signs off.

What if the KPI does not move?

The sprint still ends with the modules, runbooks, and evidence records in your hands. We write down what we learned and what we would test next; we do not promise a result.

Do we need our own ad accounts and tools?

Yes. We work inside your accounts and your workspace so nothing has to be migrated at hand-over. We can recommend tools if you are starting from zero.

Which languages and markets do you cover?

Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and English, with a focus on Latin America and the CIS. Other languages are scoped case by case.
